HOTFIX INFO:

Grand Pegasus Enclave Armour (helm too) ps its not Power armour.  
Post-war Zebra Battle Dress (Heavy and L)

Alicorns Damage def buff (they are now dangerous to attack and hard to kill)
 
KNOWN BUGS:  
Perktree Icons are now bugged  
some NPCs spawn with clothing but decide not to wear it.

Zebra battle Headdress (legion Decantus NV)  
try to fix Bottle Caps showing rather then Bits  
Replace magazines  
Bobble heads  
add scorpion tail to enclave Enclave Pegasus armour.  
also make Ver of Helm without the gasmask  
do all renaming in the localisation files (this gona take a Very long time)
 

 
 
DEV NOTES:  
this is now classed as an Overhaul and mod that effects perks or vanilla weapons and Leveld lists should be loaded after this or just not used at all.
