your current filter.My point is that it isn’t a nose per se. It is proportional to the mouth, as both are part of the same protruding muzzle. And the mouth should be slightly closer to the bottom of the head.

I don’t know.
But subjectively speaking, this one divergence causes me to perceive the face as misshapen even though it actually isn’t. Using more canonical proportions of muzzle would immediately make your image about 40% more appealing to me.

And yes, I agree my lineworks are suck, actually I couldn’t even draw a straight line on computer. (Still figuring out how to improve it😭)
And the nose, I always tend to draw a smaller nose since I considered my art style is not “show accurate”. So I’m curious is smaller nose really make it bad? If it’s true then I will consider change the style.

Just iterate on the linework a little more, especially the rounder parts.
The “nose” area should be much larger. Compare to a random screenshot from the show:
