Original Description:
Look out! A shark… walking in a desert town? That’s really weird. But very fascinating. And although he looks vicious, this fellow isn’t really mean. In fact, he had a bad day getting terrorized by the Storm Creatures. Not only that. But he’s one of the Klugetowners who despises Verko, and, according to My Little Pony Gameloft, he helped both Capper and Captain Caleano run that greedy naked mole rat out of town. Maybe he’s not so bad after all.
Meet the Shark Klugetowner, or, according to the script of My Little Pony the Movie, he is called the Long-Necked Vendor, while he’s the Toothy Klugetowner in Gameloft. He’s actually become one of my favorite residents of the run-down settlement of Klugetown. The main reason is because he looks like a Samebito, the shark-man from Japanese mythology. Who knows? He may be the closest thing to the Yokai. Like the giant Fishman who got his finny tail kicked by Tempest, this guy is very unusual and fascinating at the same time since he’s a shark creature who lives on land! In the middle of the desert! And without any water-filtering equipment for his gills! What, is Hasbro afraid that they would get sued by certain cartoon channel studio if they gave this guy something like water headphones? Hehehe Oh well. I’m not too disturbed. And I’m sure there are shark-loving Bronies who like him too.
In case nobody knew, DragonChaser123 did a vector of this Klugetowner, but I guess she got a reference with his tail cut off from the shot since her vector’s tail looks really different. However, I found a screenshot from My Little Pony Gameloft’s Facebook page which had a full size model of him. In recent events, I’ve become interested in the Klugetowners and decided to make vectors of them (or at least the ones that were brought into Gameloft). This fella became my first choice. I made him more in style to the show. You may not be able to tell but his outlines are a little thicker than they were in the movie. If there are any mishaps I will tweak this.
I’m planning on introducing another Klugetowner pretty soon, and this one is my most favorite by far. If you don’t know who that is, let’s just say you find her cute but you’ll probably feel like pins and needles.
