Queen Celestia Solstice, First of Her Name and Keeper of the Morning Light

The alicorn appeared in a flash of light, raising the sun single horned, surrounded by the six unicorns who had collapsed. Tall and regal, she bowed to those around her and spoke, her voice gentle and kind, echoing through the ceremonial plateau. “I am Celestia Solborn, born from this land and brought here by Harmony.” The unicorns bowed their heads in return as she stood to her full height, fanning her wings and mane seeming to blend with the morning light.

“Rise, gentle ponies. For another will come, lured by Harmony’s call.” The unicorns rose, tentatively following the alicorn down the stone path to the unicorn city of Canterlot. “We have much to prepare, the arrival of my celestial sister. Come, sweet ponies, for no longer will you suffer. The sun and moon will watch over you, from now, until a new star is born.” They heeded her call, one running ahead to tell the others of the arrival of their savior and new ruler, soon to be rulers.

Many marveled at the winged unicorn, the royal family decorating her in gold and celestial veils. They eagerly gossiped and whispered around her, the young Queen paying little mind to their murmuring for it would be addressed in due time. Or perhaps not, depending on what Fate had in mind. For now, she merely had to wait for the arrival of her sister and then their harmonious reign could begin, united.

And so began the Unum Caelum Era, united under one sky.
