Cosmos hated everything about her situation. She hated Rules, and she hated being bound by them. Once she had been the breaker of all the rules, of all reality. Now she was reduced to a prisoner on this lonely lunar plateau, bound by those pesky realities and their rules. Banised from that world of Equestria to never return.
But where there are rules, there are loopholes. Even for entities not of this world, there are ways to pierce the veil indirectly. Even for demons deities bared to their planes there are ways to find a foothold on the other side. Through influences and scemes.
Through Cosmos had not been much of a schemer, she lately found herself with litle else to do but think and wait for an opportunity.
And what an opportunity that would present itself, through the calling of those seeking to summon things from the beyond. And woe, should the caller be none better, then the offspring of the very princesses that had ones been made to become her flesh.
It was almost like her own children had come calling.
And Lo, should it be, that they as well seemed to share in issues with their mothers.
This was an opportunity not to be wasted. Like any true demon – Cosmos needed to be carefull, and coax these would be witches into the sweet embrace of malice.
For in their hearts, and saw someting she liked. Someting she could work with.
Resentment.
Resentment for the position lot that destiny had thrusted uppon them. A desire to break free of chains of their own. chains of expectations and demands.
The little one might just be angry. But the big one, she had issues. A constant strain of demands and obligatons. An innate resentment of the perfection, the standards, the beauty she was held to. A distain for never ending stream of would be coltfriends and courtier, Like Piranhas hungering for that royal marriage. A tire of the never ending stares in the streets after that legendary foal, born with greatness only dreamed of. A greatness she feared she was still growin into, wingspann, height and all. A greatness she tried to hide, much to her mother’s dismay.
