Crap, I just looked at who made the Starlight vector, I mistook SpellboundCanvas for Sketchmcreations.
Spellboundcanvas made the Starlight vector, Pink1ejack made the Sunburst vector.
Sketchmcreations had nothing to do with this picture.

Can you provide the original artist? The only person I could find who’d done that “Screaming Starlight” has a full on DNP, no exceptions and they DNP’d a few years ago now.
It says on the artist’s account > Use of commissioned images requires permission over on deviantART, from both the artist and the commissioner.
That means I need to ask him permission to use the vector someone commissioned him to make, that doesn’t include ALL the other vectors he makes for free. And that Starlight vector wasn’t a paid commission, so it’s free for anyone to use.
Well, that’s actually a good reason.
Because the vector they used came from an artist on their DNP list.
They said they got permission, but I doubt it.
What? Why? No seriously, why? I know the Derpi staff is retarded as fuck but I don’t see any reason to get this deleted.
