MEET RUBBERHOSE!!
He’s muuuch older than he looks!
Rubberhose is a mute earthpony whose special talent is slapstick comedy! Sometimes his antics go a little too far and end up really irritating other ponies, but he always means well. Rubberhose is very old, and often baffled by new technology. However, that doesn’t stop him from enjoying it, or trying to figure it out. But he likes to remind little colts and fillies to have some old fashioned fun, sometimes. He typically accomplishes this by making them the butt of his practical jokes and annoying them, but at the end of the day, they usually end up laughing too! Rubberhose doesn’t like jokes that hurt other ponies feelings, only pranks that have everyone laughing. The only pony who ever gets hurts by his antics is himself, but he seems…. oddly durable. Rubberhose does seem to possess some odd, 4th-wall-breaking abilities, but he just shrugs it off when questioned. He enjoys his pipe, but tries not to smoke it around little colts and fillies.

Just call him Rubba! Or Uncle Rubba, if you’re little!

His cutiemark is an anchor with eyes, so it looks like a smiley face, and an ink drop beneath it. How that relates to slapstick is anyones guess, really.
