After the excitement they quickly got back to their mission, but soon came to a terrified halt when they heard the distinct howl of a Timberwolf. The little ponies screamed when it jumped out of the darkness and into their path. Applejack was the first to react, she flew around the creature and attempted to tie it up in a lasso. When the wolf easily broke the rope Rainbow Dash charged at it with her horn lowered.
A rock hit her in the head and she failed to make contact. As Twilight and Pinkie initiated their attack Fluttershy, who had been trying to get their attention the whole time, yelled for them to stop. All the other ponies came to a halt as Fluttershy calmly walked to the hostile beast. It watched her as she placed a hoof on the ground and used her magic to grow a small red flower. The wolf seemed surprised, but seemed to understand whatever Fluttershy was doing. Rainbow Dash impatiently asked what the yellow earthy was doing, she was quickly shushed by Pinkie. The wolf turned in place and exposed the branch that made up his thigh, revealing a charred crack. Fluttershy rested a hoof on the crack and with a bright green glow, she healed the wood. The timber wolf yelped happily and wagged its tail as Fluttershy stroked its ears.
“Well I’ll be damned, that was somthin’.” Applejack walked to Fluttershy and tipped her hat.
“Hey pinkie, look at Twilight’s face.” Dash snickered and Pinkie snapped a photo, capturing the image of Twilight’s shocked face forever. The ponies laughed until Fluttershy once again spoke up.
“Where’s Rarity?” She asked, and the others began looking around.
“Here! I’m here, no need to worry ladies I saw everything.” Rarity trotted from behind a tree.
“And where were YOU?” Dash questioned.
“I was throwing rocks from behind that tree.” Rarity pointed a hoof.
“That was you!?” Shouted a furious Rainbow Dash. Every pony giggled and the wolf happily bounded away.

Notes: I dooon’t particularly how timber wolves canonically look so I made them more like tree themed giant wolves. They salivate tree sap o’course.
Also I consider Pony Life canon so they have phones.👌👌
