Sour Sweet: “It’s my turn to lead the team!”  
Sunny Flare: “I didn’t know we were taking turns!”
 
 
It’s been a while since I got any real practice with my pencils.
 
One question that sometimes arises in Equestria Girls cannon is: who leads the Shadow Five? In the opening of Friendship Games movie, Sunny Flare is the first member of the Crystal Prep team to appear during the opening credits. The book Twilight’s Sparkly Sleepover Surprise more clearly depicts Sunny as the leader of the Shadow Five (or at least her trio with Sour Sweet and Sugarcoat). However, the special Dance Magic depicts Sour Sweet as the leader of the group (minus Indigo Zap).
 
I’ve been playing a lot of Injustice 2 lately, so I decided to do a clash between Sour and Sunny. Their poses here are borrowed from Green Arrow (Sour) and Batman (Sunny). Their dialogue is a parody of a clash exchange between Black Adam and Superman.
 
Personally, I lean toward Sunny being the leader.
