Inspired by polymercorgi and connorbal (i hope it’s okay i tried it too pink heart ) I honestly don’t know much about g1 and g2, but OH BOY G3 and G4 WAS MY JAM
 
G1: I picked a design from the twice as fancy line because they are so beautiful! and a flutterpony, because ohh the holographic wings!
 
G2: I have no idea about these two, sorry!! I just randomly picked them and rolled with it.
 
G3: The generation i grew up with, (and the one tiny me was obsessed). I never cared much about the toys, but the DVDs? i owned all of them, i have so many favorite characters but i picked up Minty, because she was in the DVD i used to watch the most, and Starcatcher because her design is GORGEOUS.
 
G4: I was around 9/10 when it aired and it was love at first sight, i really loved the show, and i remember how much i practiced to get the show style right in my drawings at the time, and i couldn’t be where i am without this magical horse show. I picked up Fluttershy and Cadance because they are my favorite ones to draw pink heart (and i’m biased towards soft colors)
