The left one’s mark seemed odd to me at first; it seemed too streamlined, and not jagged enough.
Now I went and compared it to other pics, and yeah, it’s different.
Not even. I’ve seen that character. It at least looks distinct. This is literally just Daybreaker with a tire pasted over part of her cutie mark. This is the Clark Kent’s glasses of OCs.

Given that it’s a commission, I’m inclined to say that it’s just some shitty canon-knock-off OC that totally isn’t related to Daybreaker or the fanon version of her.
I guess it’s the old fan perception of Daybreaker that spawned long before that episode of glimmer
