Well, it’s Command & Conquer: Red Alert 2, so it’s an alternate universe where a time-traveling Einstein assassinated Hitler, causing WW2 to be between the USSR and a US-Western Europe alliance.

Later on, a Romanov Czar lead the new Russian empire to war against the US, and that’s where the image this one’s based on comes in.

The thing that always stands out to me about this image is that airships are headed away from New York. I get the visual, but it just gives the impression that the Soviets got lost and are headed back out to sea.
