I’d rather be ready for the worst, but actively hope for the best :p
Always expect the worst, lad(or lass). That way you get a nice surprise on the few times that things are better than expected.
Someone revealed that the initial showcase of the characters only put the marks on one side of them, like someone scanned one of the toys and forgot it goes on both sides.
I’m worried about that as well, but I prefer to see things in a light way since I can’t really influence it
My worry is more that there will be mostly fresh from college writers who have no experiences to draw from except those narratives. It doesn’t even need to be a conscious choice.
I kinda doubt they’d fully commit to pushing certain narratives. Might make some parents very unhappy (especially since most of the SJW crowd is too young to have kids of their own—probably)
We can only hope that the worst thing it is is kinda dull as opposed to pushing some horrible narrative.
Idk, from what I know the story will be the pretty generic “tribes divided, bring them together with friendship” kinda thing.
