a very long time ago, like i think almost 2 years lmao, i uploaded this - match[1]>>1991155
 
and riverplath saw it and then suggested more avpm ron and hermione twidash stuff…. and well, i think like everyone ive disowned harry potter entirely at this point, but ngl a very potter musical still makes me laugh and i… wow, i cant resist.
 
a rainbow dash that doesn’t know how to express her emotions about her big crush correctly? and pretends she doesn’t like her in the slightest? but is actually a big softie and falls apart over her? it’s so cute idk agh.
 
 
first pic is her impressing her advice and personal motto onto scootaloo, who will of course take this to heart. might be why scottaloo and sweetie belles relationship later on is so on and off aha ha. lets not worry about it.
 
second pic is my favourite quote. sums it up pretty well.
 
also 3rd one was just a bit of fun, because trixie would make a good draco in this situation (minus the crush on twilight, because theyre related in my verse and im not going there obviously). this scene in particular is big trixie energy to me
 
(au where instead of coming back to ponyville to challenge twilight to a magical duel in season 3, she actually just shows up and shoves this drawing in twilight’s face. and then twilight runs off into the everfree forest to prove she can draw way better actually. trust her just give her a moment).
 
there were so many ideas i wanted to draw for this but aughg there were just too many. i definitely want to do something to granger danger at some point though.

4.) ive been in a love hate relationship with bird song’s design for a while tbh. its mostly that she felt like rainbows coat with twilights mane colours, just brightened - but for as much as i was bothered by it, i was rlly attached to it. it felt like the only design really suitable for her idk.  
i think ive managed to redesign her here though in a way i actually like. it keeps a lot of the elements of her old design, but just a bit more interesting i guess.  
its a little hard to see but i liked the idea of her kinda having like, a sparkly under layer to her mane? sorta like this, its not always viseable until you pull some of her mane away.
 
5.) you know how baby elephants hol onto their mothers tail? so they can keep up?  
it’s another little behaviour i think would be really cute for unicorns to have, or well, any pony with the traditional lion style tail. mothers with multiple foals might form long chains so no one gets lost.  
it’s mostly for younger foals though. birdie is an early teen here, and at that age where she thinks she’s too big for all of that, and gets super embarassed when twilight makes her do it while they’re out and about. she’ll grow out of it eventually but she thinks twilight babies her too much.  
summer however, does not care.
 
6.) when she’s a mother herself, she tries to get little dottie to do the same. sorta forgetting that dottie has little fangs that are sharper than they look and definitely leave a mark. she doesn’t say anything though, they’re just such a cutie look at that wittle face.
