Original Description:
 
Did an adult design for Faerie, decided to continue with another one of my currently-child characters. So here’s Mari!
 
Personality:  
Nerd disguised as jock (Ok, maybe a bit jock too) …Will benchpress you while giving a lecture on aerodynamics  
Brash, bold, fearless  
Scarily intelligent sometimes… moron other times. Actually, moron about anything not in her field of study or interests.  
Loves to fly. As fast as possible.  
Work is almost her entire life. In a three-way marrige with her work and her husband. If work was a food, she’s be addicted. Sometimes sleepwalks starting to go to work. Workaholic is a tame descriptor of her.
 
 
Design:  
Wanted to fly by herself before airplanes became a normal thing => picked pedalcopter over (ew) balloon=> needs to be scarily strong to even get airborne. (Cherry Berry is made of muscle, Pinkie is Pinkie) Hence, the buffness.  
Crashes a lot –has four fake teeth, one which is gold. She likes the ~aesthetic~  
Got those big Apple-family genes. She’s not as big as Amber, but still. About the average size of a stallion.  
Gotta reduce that wind-resistance with a short mane and tail.
 
 
Mark/Talent/Occupation:  
Meh, cutie marks are overrated (Though, took very many upset teen years to realise that)  
One of world’s leading researcher and developer when it comes to heaver than air flight. Also, test-pilot.  
Wants to “bring flight to the people”. Main source of income is grants and funding from nations without a large flying populations (Yakyakistan, Crystal Empire, Prance, etc etc)  
Sometimes agrees to perform in airshows. Not actually part of any team, but has done shows with even the Wonderbolts a few times. The crowd loves it when they stand on and take of from the wings of the plane.
