This picture is very important. I drew it a while ago while I didn’t have regular internet access, and thus forgot to post it online until now, but it’s definitely something worth posting. (It got to those who needed it on time, I just never got around to sharing it online with all of you). I don’t know if I can even properly explain the story behind this picture, but I’ll do my best. It’s a “friend of a friend” sort of deal, is why I don’t really have all the details. In fact, here I’ll just copy/paste what I was told exactly:
 
“Today, a friend of mine told a story about his little sister. She turned three last week. She loved ponies. Loved watching it with him, and loved looking at all of his pony pictures. She decided a while ago that she was Rarity, and he was Twilight Sparkle. And… she died last night. So, I’m trying to find people willing to put together some Twilight/Rarity pictures to help out. As a memorial.”
 
This is the image I came up with for that. I tried to make it a happy picture, to remember the good times rather than dwell on the bad things. I heard back later that he did receive the picture, and that it meant a lot to him and his family. So I’m glad that I was able to do something to help them deal with something so devastating, if even only a little.  
And I have one request. I know some people post my art to some of the various pony art websites from time to time, which is fine with me, but with this picture specifically, if you do decide to post it somewhere if you could also include the story behind it as well, I would really appreciate it. Thank you.
