Assuming you mean her cutie mark, nothing, it’s unintelligible equestrian scribbles.
And before you ask, yes, she can add/remove it at will, it’s technically not a real cutie mark, meaning sign is actually a blank flank. It’s for convenience really, a permanent mark would take up valuable canvas space otherwise.
