Original Description:
 
It was getting dark in Ponyville. Everypony were sleeping except for two ponies, who are both unicorns. One of them was trotting back to Ponyville, and another was heading to the Canterlot library.
 
“It seems everypony’s asleep except for me.” Starlight Glimmer said, noticing that nopony have been around her lately.
 
On the other hand, Moon Dancer, heading towards the Canterlot Library, said with excitement, “I gotta read the latest book that just came out!”
 
The two ponies were trotting up the road from opposite sides and then bumped into each other, feeling stunned from one another. “Who are you?” Starlight Glimmer and Moon Dancer asked as they didn’t knew each other.
 
“My name is Moon Dancer.” Moon Dancer said, introducing herself to Starlight Glimmer. “I’m a pony who comes from the place called Canterlot, and I’ve been a reading books for years and friends with Twilight Sparkle.”
 
“I’ve stayed at that place one time.” Starlight Glimmer said, recalling about the time she visited Canterlot. “Anyways, I’m Starlight Glimmer, in which I also have Twilight Sparkle as a friend of mine.” She said.
 
“You know Twilight Sparkle as well?” Moon Dancer asked her, unaware for the fact that Starlight Glimmer knows Twilight Sparkle like she does. “Indeed, I do.” Starlight Glimmer replied back in a confident tone. “We first met at Our Town. We weren’t friends back then at first, but then became friends after she taught me what friendship is.”
 
“Oh, I get it now.” Moon Dancer said, listening to what Starlight Glimmer was telling her. “You know, I’ve met her way long before you, however.” She told Starlight Glimmer.
 
“That’s something I find unexpected.” Starlight Glimmer said as she felt a little worried about Moon Dancer’s words.
 
“Anyways, where were you going?” Starlight Glimmer asked Moon Dancer, as she forgot about her. “I was gonna visit the Canterlot Library for the recent book that just came out.” Moon Dancer responded back.
 
“Actually, I planned on seeing Twilight.” Starlight Glimmer said, thinking in her head. “But since I’ve encountered you first, I guess I should go with you.”
 
Starlight Glimmer continued walking with Moon Dancer and they both headed to the library. “I can’t believe I’m actually making friends with somepony I haven’t met before.” Starlight Glimmer wondered to herself, knowing she hasn’t met Moon Dancer until now.
 
As they got there, Starlight Glimmer went up the stairs, and saw a sign saying “CLOSED”. Moon Dancer questioned, “The library’s closed?” “I guess we better find Twilight Sparkle instead.” Starlight Glimmer replied, as she and Moon Dancer had no choice but to leave and find Twilight Sparkle.
 
Starlight Glimmer and Moon Dancer ran back to Ponyville and search for Twilight Sparkle. “If only Twilight was here, she would be hearing what I’ve done recently!” Starlight Glimmer said in thought.
 
Moon Dancer asks Starlight Glimmer, “Are you sure we’ll find her in Ponyville?” “Yeah, but not in the place you have ever seen before.” Starlight Glimmer responded back, as she and Moon Dancer rushed to the Castle of Friendship.
 
Inside the Castle of Friendship, Twilight Sparkle was sleeping, when all of a sudden, Starlight Glimmer knocked on the door. “Twilight!” Starlight Glimmer called out.
 
“There’s no response.” Moon Dancer told her, as they noticed Twilight Sparkle was not at the door. “Maybe she must be sleeping.” She wondered.
 
“But we can’t just leave, I gotta tell her about the news about you and me.” Starlight Glimmer said with an exhausted look on her face.
 
Starlight Glimmer opened the door and let Moon Dancer and herself in the castle. They walked through, and Moon Dancer asked, “What’s all of this?” “This is where they have several things, like bedrooms, and even the library.” Starlight Glimmer reminded her.
 
Starlight Glimmer showed Moon Dancer where the library was. “Right there!” She said, pointing her hoof to the door near the bathroom.
 
“Well, this seems like a very large library.” Moon Dancer said, as she was excited about the library at the castle for the very first time. “However, the library in Canterlot is bigger than the one here.”
 
“I’m glad you’re satisfied with this castle’s library.” Starlight Glimmer told her. “It’ll be a blast that you can remember forever.”
 
“Still, we must find Twilight Sparkle somewhere in this castle.” Moon Dancer suggested. She and Starlight Glimmer went back into the hallway and found Twilight Sparkle’s room. “There she is!” She called out, as she opened the door with her magic.
 
Moon Dancer trot towards Twilight Sparkle and tapped on her, saying, “Twilight, it’s me, Moon Dancer. I have a friend with me.” Twilight Sparkle woke up from her nap and noticed that Moon Dancer was close to her. “What are you doing this late?” She asked, as it was getting very dark outside.
 
“Oh, I believe I’ve been friends with this pony named Starlight Glimmer.” Moon Dancer told her. “Wait. You? Friends with Starlight?” Twilight Sparkle asked her, as she was shocked about what Moon Dancer said. “Yes.” Moon Dancer giggled.
 
“Me and her saw each other somewhere near Ponyville.” Starlight Glimmer reminded her. “We both ran into each other, and then we became friends!”
 
Moon Dancer said to Twilight Sparkle, “There has been a new book at the Canterlot Library, but the library’s closed tonight.” Twilight Sparkle decided to give her advice, telling her, “We can all visit the library tomorrow morning. Right now, we all need some sleep. It’s getting too dark out there.”
 
Throughout the night, Moon Dancer slept in the castle’s library, while Starlight Glimmer slept in her own room. The next morning, Twilight Sparkle woke up, saying, “Today’s another day.”
 
She teleported into the library, waking up Moon Dancer. “Come on! It’s morning!” She yelled with happiness. She and Moon Dancer ran back into the hallway and search for Starlight Glimmer. Twilight levitated Starlight Glimmer’s door and told her, “Come on! We gotta go!”
 
Starlight Glimmer jumped from her bed, and she, Twilight Sparkle, and Moon Dancer rushed to the Canterlot Library. “Well, looks like the library’s open, so I guess that means we can enter.” Moon Dancer said, as she opened the door using her magic.
 
Twilight Sparkle, Starlight Glimmer and Moon Dancer walked into the library and search for the recent book that Moon Dancer was talking about. Twilight Sparkle levitated a book from the bookshelf and asked Moon Dancer, “Is this what you meant?”
 
Moon Dancer looked at the book, and said, “No. That book is about slumber parties. I’m looking for the recent book called “The Pony Who Became An Alicorn”.”
 
Starlight Glimmer climbed up the ladder, and found the book that said “The Pony Who Became An Alicorn”. “It’s right here.” Starlight Glimmer told Twilight Sparkle and Moon Dancer, letting her know where the book is.
 
“Good, all we can do is order the book and get outta here.” Twilight Sparkle told her. She, Starlight Glimmer and Moon Dancer walked up to the librarian to check out the book they’ve just got.
 
“Here you go.” Twilight Sparkle said to the librarian, as she handed the book over. “Alright, it’s done.” As the librarian gave her the book back to her.
 
Twilight Sparkle, Starlight Glimmer and Moon Dancer walked out of the library and head back to the Castle of Friendship. “I can’t wait to see what this is all about.” Starlight Glimmer said, as she was excited about sharing the book with Twilight Sparkle and Moon Dancer.
 
“I’m sure you will, Starlight.” Twilight Sparkle replied in a soft voice. She put the book into her saddle bag for safety. “I’ll put it in here.” She said.
 
Starlight Glimmer’s stomach was growling, which caused her to say, “I’m getting like hungry, so let’s go get some lunch.”
 
“Not now, Starlight Glimmer.” Twilight Sparkle told her, as they didn’t had time for lunch. “I must read this book I just got from the library today.”
 
As they walked through Ponyville, Twilight Sparkle wondered, “I know that the book is recently new, but who is it about? Me? Celestia? Luna?” Starlight Glimmer asked her, “Where’s Moon Dancer?”
 
“I’m right here.” Moon Dancer said, as she began walking a little slow behind Twilight Sparkle and Starlight Glimmer. “Hurry up! You’ll be late.” Starlight Glimmer warned her, telling her to catch up with them.
 
Moon Dancer ran a little faster and catch up with Starlight Glimmer and Twilight Sparkle. “Come on, you can keep up with these two ponies.” Moon Dancer said to herself, as she came even closer to Starlight Glimmer and Twilight Sparkle.
 
“Well, you’re finally caught up with us.” Twilight Sparkle told Moon Dancer. “Now what’s left is us reading the book.”
 
Back at the castle’s library, Twilight Sparkle saw the book that depicted her transforming into an alicorn. “I can’t believe the book is about me.” She said in a surprise way. “This is hilarious!” Starlight Glimmer laughed loudly.
 
“Well, I just wish I was like Twilight Sparkle.” Moon Dancer said as wished that she was an alicorn. The three ponies continued reading the book all day, laughing and enjoying the book for hours.
 
“Are you enjoying this book that you’ve got?” Starlight Glimmer asked Twilight Sparkle in very flattered way. “Of course.” Twilight Sparkle replied back. “This book is literally about how I became an alicorn as I helped my friends accomplishing missions.”
 
“You have improved very well while we’ve missed each other.” Moon Dancer reminded Twilight Sparkle, recalling the last time they’ve met.
 
“I know.” Twilight Sparkle responded back. “It was all thanks to me, Pinkie, and Spike who took care of the problem.”
 
“Same thing for me.” Starlight Glimmer said, feeling the same way as Twilight Sparkle and Moon Dancer. “You and Spike both helped me learn what friendship is and how important it is with others.”
 
Twilight Sparkle said in a confident way, “It’s because that I’ve continued to learn about friendship and help solve them with others. Anyway, let’s continue reading the book.”
 
Twilight Sparkle, Starlight Glimmer, and Moon Dancer continued reading the book until they reached the end of it. “And that’s about it.” Twilight Sparkle said, as she closed the book. She, Starlight Glimmer, and Moon Dancer decided to rest in the library for hours, after reading the book so long.
