Apparently the MSM retracted their "exposé" regarding this soon after the story broke. It turns out it didn't actually happen the way we think it did. Obviously, the People's Republic of China is a shithole, and I hate that many corporations pay heed to them, but like the holocaust, it really didn't happen.
