I’ve been playing it a few hours a day on average for the past month or so, and I’ve definitely been seeing less and less bugs with every patch.
Charlie’s (Cr1tikal) review of it what got me to get it, though. I know he’s rather unbiased.
I have seen a few people whine about the voice+build thing because how dare you have your romanceable characters have sexual preferences?
Good luck lol, Gamergate taught them absolutely nothing.
@ANoobis
Bug-ridden, but extremely well-detailed and with, depending on how you go about it, over a hundred hours of content in it. Also the “transphobic” ingame ad is mocking all the IRL rainbow-logoers while the character creation options is “give a meter, they’ll try to take the whole mile” whining about how devs didn’t waste several years detailing all the attack helicopters and made the game determine your romance options based on build+voice (genitalia customization is independent).

I mean, you shouldn’t trust video game journalists anyway. Unless you find an example of a relatively unbiased reviewer
Edited because: Curse of typos is spreadinng
They weren’t so much reviewers that I watch as they were reviews that Flipboard decided I should see. They weren’t good for much more than identifying sources to mute.
Not sure what reviewers you’re watching but I think you need to find new reviewers to watch.
From what I hear the game is decent in terms of story and the amount of shit to do, but it is filled with loads of bugs. As is typical of basically any new game release today. Wait a couple months, let the initial patches release, and pick it up then is what I keep getting told, and that’s exactly what I intend to do.
