Well, actually, I sort of do. See, my Mum lived in a totally different county for several years when she was a filly, and what she learnt there has sort of stuck with her for the rest of her life. As far as she’s concerned, a pony is their name and the name is the pony, so as you grow it is only logical that your name grows with you. Thus, she decided to give us our initial names at birth, and then add two more as we grew up. The result of this is that by introducing ourselves to other ponies, we also manage to give them a bit of information about ourselves at the same time. And yes, my family is very weird.
