About Blackjack’s mane- I’ve never liked how it’s been portrayed by the majority of other people drawing her. It’s that typical Rainbow Dash mane, and while it looks fine on a lot of OCs I felt that Blackjack needed something at least a little bit different. Just a little. Also I had to manually draw her cutie mark because I thought that the ones I found online were all just too complicated looking, with too much excess detail. The yellows and blues don’t really fit in with her general color scheme.

Most of it was done on iPad because my drawing tablet is a little glitchy at the moment. Bright side is there’s a progress video, which I will post once it’s been edited(because you don’t want to watch it in ten minutes of silence now do you)

It took me a ridiculously long time to figure out ‘IF’ just stood for ‘IronShod Firearms’. I don’t know how it took me that long.
