I know it’s been a month since I’ve done this, but I had some delays during both the holidays and the recent snow days around my turf. But this line-up is still a go! Or at least till I’m done with the Mane Six, since AJ’s sketch was finished months back and will be the last to illustrate.

From the moment I thought up of anthro ponies with martial arts weapons, I knew Rarity would fit well with the double-edged Jian Sword, as it’s considerably nicknamed ‘the gentleman’s sword’ in Chinese culture. And since Rarity is all about elegance and grace, it clearly was like a match made in heaven.
