okay gonna squeeze one more in before I go on a short vacation because I have a serious addiction to drawing ponies and I have so many ideas that build and build until they spill out like art diarrhea.
 
Quibble Pants and Trenderhoof are bröthers. Very argumentative, very passive aggressive and very pretentious brothers. Trend is the little brother, Quibs is the big brother. They each think each other’s careers are stupid (in the most brotherly way). Trenderhoof is an influencer and Quibble is a writer and writing critic. They fight a lot but it’s through that playful banter that they show each other love, and it makes family reunions raucous disasters of screaming ponies. A room with Rainbow Dash, Quibble Pants, Brick Hoof, Zephyr Breeze, Trenderhoof and Connie leaves Plumeria, Bastion Breeze and Fluttershy to quietly chat in the kitchen. Larkspur usually stays outside or in another room entirely during these horrible reunions.
 
This does mean that Larkspur is Plumeria and Connie’s cousin, something that Connie will strongly emphasize is not “by blood.” And this also means that Fluttershy and Rainbow Dash are sisters-in-laws. Everyone’s related, good lord! This also also means I’m dropping that whole half-hearted thing between Plumeria and Bastion, one: because they’re family now, and two: because it’s just a rehash of Rainbow Dash being harassed by Zephyr.
