Built : He’s tall and built like an awesome stalion, typical sporthorse built.

Work : Prince, but mostly blacksmith.

Nascence and childhood :

Selene is born really ugly and tiny. He wasn’t expected and when Arty give birth to an egg it was a true traumatic surprise ! Poor fluffy dork XD. After five days the eggshell crack and reveled an horrible pink inform baby. He was looking like one of this monstruous new born bird with giant eyes and purpulish belly. Everyponies think he will die in few days until a griffon come and affirm all their new born are like this. Selene was soo unform than his sex was poorly identified. During many month he was identified as a girl until his body finaly finish a proper developpement. That’s why he has a féminine name. His proportions take better appearance, hooves and down feathers grow. After this he looks like a damn cute fluffy puppy, like young heron with punk hairstyle. When this juvenile down feather are pushed out, his final purple coat appear. He was around 8 and first real feathers and scales finally grow up.

Personnality :

Selene can appear a little cold or stoic but he’s just not really expressif. In fact he’s a really nice dude, not the speaking sort but social enough. ANd he has an adorable half way to smile. He don’t have a lot of friend because of his intimadating aspect, but he’s a friendly dude. Selene don’t look really close to his parents, but in fact he is. They just have all their own way to show affection. He can sometimes be misgendered because of his name and sort of sissy attitude, but he don’t really care. He even sometimes make fun about it. Selene loves to laugh and humor, that’s why he so much love eccentric, extrovert and funny personnality. But he’s himself so bad at making jokes or pun.

He’s a passionate. Not in love relationship cause he’s apparently not really interesting about it. But in hobbies and works. When he discovers metalwork for the first time, it was a revelation. He already see Claire making jewelry, but he like most working on bigest pieces, specialy weapons. He create some unique arrow head for Artemis. And Selene’s weapon are famous in royal guard. He can forgot to sleep or eat when he decided to learn or make something and he has a huge concentration capacity. But if he’s not interesting he can be a pain in the ass. He’s lazy, bored and it’s impossible to teach him something. 

More info :

• His scales are not real reptile scales. They start like scales and finish with feathers barbs
• His horns are really smooth and almost brilliant, like dark glass.
• His mane is not made of hair, but of really tight and long feather like this www.buyfeathers.co.uk/media/ca… That gives a fluffy, even “cloudy” aspect to his mane.
• His coat is dense, short and soft but a little strange. Like if he has not hair, but feather barbs.
• He can’t flight but has some really long feathers on shoulder, like a paradise bird. Give him a little extravagant touch.
• He’s not great at magic but he can breath fire (blue like eyes) and he has some passive habilities. He’s completely fire proof (really useful when you work in a forge) and can see in dark. He’s also good to detect mineral in earth, not gem but iron, or things like this.
• He’s really good at whistling
• The skin around eyes is black, that give him a little sofisticated and feminine touch.
• I give him an appaloosa like pattern because Claire’s scales spot and Artemis’s dark flank make in my head a typical appaloosa spotted blanket.
