so around the time Fluttershy and AJ got married Zephyr finally visited Sweet Apple Acres to see where his sister was living now, ready to pity her new farm accommodations and tame life… only to run into Big Mac and immediately run into a wall of dumb feelings for the quote unquote, simple stallion. big mac doesnt notice ANY of zephyrs attempts to woo him and mostly finds the flighty pegasus entertaining to watch as he tries to help around the farm.

eventually the point gets across (hint, AJ flat out tells Big Mac “the only reason Zephyr’s been even TRYING to farm is bc he has a crush on ur dumb big arse Mac”) cue Bic Mag clumsily flirting back and eventually twu wuv uwuwuwuw. they end up getting married and half way settling (zephyr travels a lot for hair fashion events and what not, sometimes big mac accompanies to model for whatever zephyr is cooking up style wise)
