so Jekyll and Hyde got a job as dishwashers that is nice it’s better then other jobs they had at the time…trust me
 
ok so how Jekyll and Hyde got the jobs?, well here are my scenarios
 
it’s a new place what happened a long time ago is now local legend only in London so they can use their names
 
ponies logically know some ponies can have the same last names or first names so it’s just coincidence maybe
 
Jekyll and Hyde only use their first names and either come up with fake ones or strictly say they only have first names (even if this were on earth too)
 
come up with your own idea
 
for me i was thinking going with the first one but whatever you choose is fine, anyways they want the money so they can shave and look nice, i was thinking that then Jekyll can become a doctor again but that won’t be realistic so someday he will have to go to medical school again but that will happen in the future
 
after that both Jekyll and Hyde just simply have a good time with our gang and also will help getting stuff for them with the money they earned
 
also i messed up with Adam’s cloths but oh well i can say he just did not wear the vest or got new cloths or both who knows it’s up to you
 
also I’m sure there is other light somewhere so they can read fine
