Personality/Background:
 
The daughter of Applejack and Rainbow Dash and the elder twin of Sunny Skies, Evening Harvest has a very different temperament from her brother, tending towards a rather gloomy demeanor. She’s kind of withdrawn, preferring to spend most of her free time reading or attempting to communicate with spirits from the beyond rather than socializing in town or spending time outside. She loves murder mystery novels and is secretly interested in true crime. With her interests and hobbies, she often feels that a lot of ponies don’t “get” her, so she sees no real point in trying to make friends.
 
Eve is currently employed on the farm, working with the financial and business aspects of running Sweet Apple Acres as well as helping out in the fields from time to time. Since she’s not exactly built for heavy labor or bucking apple trees, she’ll usually help with harvesting the other crops and preparing and preserving apples. Her special talent means she knows intuitively when crops are going to be ready to be harvested, allowing her to warn Applejack and the other farmhands so they have some time to prepare.
 
Eve’s relationship with her twin brother is a little complicated. She’ll act irritated with Sunny’s constant happy-go-lucky attitude, but in reality she appreciates and even envies his zest for life, something that never came easily to her. Deep down, she resents him for being the ‘favorite,’ and even deeper down she feels guilty about resenting him for that. As a result, her relationship with her parents is a bit strained, especially with Applejack; the parent she’s closest to is probably Trixie, partly because Eve doesn’t feel as much pressure from Trixie to be what she wants her to be as she does from her other parents. She feels like she’s not living up to Applejack and Rainbow Dash’s expectations for her since she’s not a Wonderbolt and struggles with farm labor. Evening also doesn’t have a lot of friends due to her lack of interest in socializing, although she is on good terms with Jellyfish Jamboree and Ambrosia Apple.
