Description:
This was mostly borne out of a idea of showcasing satrapial outfits.
In this case, there are Prince Blueblood (Shazadeh Xshayârshaneš Sasanzad), in a diplomatic mission to the satrapy of Raudeardwahišt, in Mazandaran, and the satrap of Raudeardwahišt herself, Aštivasna Zarduštdokht Arariboiazadeh. Aštivasna is of course, Zirvidaxanagsarvar Parviz’s sister.
I ended up having to alter Blueblood’s design, since i didn’t like how his canon face shape looked.
