I thought that after a while I should update my baby girl Angelica. Honestly she’s been neglected a little too much lately and it makes me sad because she still is one of my favorite ocs of all time. I didn’t change much about her physical appearance. Just changed her hair style because her old one was kinda hard for me to draw? and I updated her jewelry. I also did change her backstory because the writing just wasn’t that good and I thought I might as well make it better… make it look less like a fanfiction from wattpad y’know?

Backstory: Angelica was the first born of a poor family. Her parent’s had been trying to for child for what felt like the longest time and were relieved when she finally arrived. Her coat was white with gold tints, and she had blonde hair. Her appearance was very different from her parents, but they took that as a miracle. The reality was that her mother had been unfaithful to her father, and she was the product of infidelity. Ridden with guilt, her mother came clean to the colt she had been cheating on her husband with. Angry and hurt, he cast a hex on Angelica and her family. Swearing that no matter what she does or where she goes, she will be bewitched with misfortune. This took effect early in her life when both of her parents died. Orphaned with no more family, she did what she needed to in order to survive. She was a street urchin for most of her life, and she noticed that whenever she became close to someone, something bad would happen to them. It hurt her so much to see the people she loved suffer, so she vowed to live far away from everyone and she would do everything she could to stay away from people. She found herself lost in the mountains where she almost starved to death until a cream dove brought her fruits and nuts, which in turn, saved her life. She named him Gilby, and felt that he could sometimes understand her and she felt really at ease in his company. This lead to her finding that she really loved birds and helping them. She couldn’t understand them very well, but they understood her, and she did her best to help them in any way she could. She takes in injured or sick birds and helps them get back on their feet. Gilby often leads her to hurt birds.
