It came from a bunch of idiots who refused to cooperate with police (one possibly going for suicide by cop, or just being terminally retarded enough to reach for his belt while at gunpoint) and hence got shot, and happened to be black. Their activity can be summed up as “racism, more racism, using blacks as a shield from criticism, promoting ghetto culture aka gangs, violent crime, and drug dealing, that one Malcolm X quote about white liberal using the Negro to get at the conservatives, even more racism”.

It all started with an assault/robbery suspect getting shot in St. Louis. They’re no different now than they were back then. Defenders say it’s supposed to mean “black lives matter too”, and “all lives matter” detracts from that message by implying BLM means “black lives matter more”. However, ALM came after a week or two of rioting, burning down the city, and at least two demonstrations advocating for murdering police/whites.

I still find rascism a hard concept to grasp.  
Like,a while ago,I told someone Im attracted to darker skinned girls. Nothing wrong with lighter skin,it’s just my preference.  
They told me that was prejudice. I didn’t see it that way,it’s not like I think any less of someone just because I don’t find them attractive. If that was the case,I’d be prejudiced against all males and most females.

It’s not surprising people on the left would get upset by the statement “All Lives Matter” as many of them think all whites and all males need to be killed or enslaved, so such a statement is inherently opposed to their beliefs. Hell a lot of them are just outright racist towards black people, we see it in videos of them screaming at black people in the streets and at black cops, the author of the book “White Fragility” openly admits she’s a racist who is uncomfortable around black people and how there needs to be a white awakening to “save” them.

I did not say this. The posts were deleted, and if the account was compromised… then it stands to reason that they would issue a temp ban.
 
Thing is, though, I haven’t even tried to log back in since then — not sure if I can, either. This has never happened before, so I am uncertain as to what would be the best course of action.

This was the last comment I recall making on that forum. You’ve no doubt noticed the gap already.
 
It started off innocently enough, what with them expounding their political beliefs under my account.
 
I sent a message to Derpy Whooves about this, while elaborating on the measures I had taken and asked what else could be done to resolve the issue… but, uh, there was no response.
 
Then they really went off the deep end, spamming my Derpibooru login and IP information on the forums and even a few images, from what I can tell.
 
Quite the conundrum.

The idea is that it somehow detracts or minimizes the message of “Black Lives Matter.” And in the immediate aftermath of George Floyd’s death, I somewhat had some sympathy to that position. However 90+ days of rioting, looting, arson, assault, and at least two outright politically-motivated homicides later, my reservoir of sympathy for such a sentiment is pretty much run dry.

Where did the whole “lives matter” thing come from? Black lives matter? As an organization they don’t seem to have made a particularly positive change.  
I dunno,I just find it odd that any variation on such a basic idea should cause such controversy.  
Am I rambling? I’m kinda tired.
