Meet Bluegrass! Son to Marble Pie and Big Macintosh.
 
He’s a bassist, but specializes in all kinds of string instruments. He can even fiddle, if he can manage not to break the flimsy thing. She’s a big teddy bear who loves flowers and butterflies. It’s amazing anyone can even be afraid of him, but it happens when you’re almost twice the size of the average stallion.  
He shares a love of music with his cousin, Jazz Apple, and they come together in a small band. He plays mostly rhythm, but doesn’t really sing. He lets Jazz do vocals and follows his lead in most things. If maybe he’d take charge for once, everyone would know about his sweet singing voice.
 
Fun facts:  
Bluegrass has a stutter. It really only comes up when he’s nervous, but the more anxious he gets,  
Bluegrass likes to grow flowers, and has since he was a colt. He has a natural green hoof. It made it difficult for him to accept it wasn’t his talent.  
Orville Peck may be the closest example of Bluegrass’s singing (example www.youtube.com/watch?v=vR-4l5… )  
Bluegrass has a jealous streak, and has a tendency to be overprotective for it.
