Mare after mare after mare was rehearsing to play in a music video, dancing, floating, and performing. None of them deemed worthy, they just wanted to be there to get the band’s attention, they didn’t play the part well. One pony came up to practice that was different than the rest, he was a stallion, and he just wanted to dress up and dance, so he practiced the routine, his wings allowing him to float off the ground as he danced and spun, he had quite a bit of showmanship, and impressed all five band members. It was decided that he was perfect for the role, and played a better mare than any of the ones that tried.
 
Wow that was a shitty story. Anyway, I’ve wanted to do Nittany’s OC for months now, and I thought of the perfect role for him to fit into my little ponified universe, I just kept procrastinating as dresses are hard as fuck to make, yeesh, this probably looks terrible, but I felt satisfied with it at least. It gets the point across, and if I use him again, it won’t be front and center.
 
Mane shape and colors from here (questionable) Tail shape, body colors, eye colors, and CM from here. Or maybe I took the body colors from the first one? You can’t SEE his CM, but it’s there, under the dress, promise. Also shoes.
 
Also I CAN make stallions with normal muzzles, I just usually choose not to. >:P
