Just as the title says, it’s a sailor version of Twilight.
Overall it’s not my proudest work, but I was trying to go for a more retro anime look (hence the more simplistic shading).
(The background isn’t mine, it’s a screenshot of a gif I found though Google. Looking back on it, I really shouldn’t have used it without knowing who the artist is. But too late now.)
