Anatomy: Athletic, slightly smaller than the average pony, fluffy  
Special talent: Chaos transformations
 
Personality: There was often a light-hearted joke where Cotton wasn’t actually Fluttershy’s daughter but the Town’s partyplanner, Mrs. Pinkie Pie, instead. They weren’t wrong to think if Cotton was Pinkie Pie’s daughter since she’s loud, cheerful, and very, very hyper! Cotton is a positive mare who always welcome a friend or newcomer with open wings and a fluffy tail. However, like her father, she loves to pull pranks and use a bit of chaos magic here and there to… Make Ponyville not boring and ordinary. If Cotton pulls a prank too hard somepony and they get hurt, though, even if they just got a scrape, she immediately feels guilty and will keep repeating sorry for another hour until they forgive her. Cotton is also very naiive and practically an open book for others to read.
 
Extra(s):  
-Cotton Cloud is an often visitor to local hospitals where she often preform little chaos shows for the sick to enjoy. She loves doing this and enjoys playing the younger, weaker foals, wishing she could help them more.  
-There are rare moments where Cotton felt insecure about her appearance however in the end, she never wished to be another pony.  
-Truth be told, Cotton does not like Angel’s demanding attitude and is a little afraid of it.  
-Cotton likes going to Discord’s chaos dimension as a casual hideout or a place to getaway from her problems. Only her closest friends and family knows what the dimension looks like.
