Personality/Background:  
As princess of the Crystal Empire, she carries herself with poise, authority, and a drive to defend her land. She values diplomacy and kindness over all, and she does whatever she can to be polite to all, even if she feels uncomfortable. She often is one to negotiate with allies, though she can be quite firm when necessary.
 
She has buried her fears to portray herself as a collected leader, and she goes to great lengths to sacrifice her personal interests, health, and safety for the greater good. This often worries her family, though she feels that it is her duty as the princess.
 
Even though she is a princess, and she prides herself on negotiating, she will not hesitate to join in the fight. She will throw herself in the midst of battle to protect those she loves, and she has been known to be quite brutal and fearsome on the battlefield.
 
Relationships:  
She loves both of her parents dearly, and she looks up to them. She often asks them for advice when she doesn’t know what to do or how to handle a situation, though she struggles a bit through it before asking.
 
She has a love for all her siblings, and she does everything she can to show them that love. Radiant Shield and her often spare a lot together and fly together, and he does what he can to prepare her for the throne. She was the one who taught Crystal Lance many of the spells he knows, though she does worry about his sudden attitude shift and lack of energy. Esperanza seems to absolutely despise being around the alicorn, which hurts Flurry, because all she wants is to see her younger sister happy.
 
She views her aunts and uncle with the highest respect, and she treats all her cousins as lovingly as she can. She does her best to spend as much time with them, and she feels guilty when she can’t find time to do so.
 
She has a high respect for the Crystal Empire’s royal advisors Sunburst and his son, Sunbeam. Sunburst watched her grow up, so she is close with him. She sees Sunbeam and Crystal Lance’s obvious attraction towards one another, and she’s often encouraging them to get together.

The next of the Royals completed, the first child of Cadence and Shining Armor. I really love how her design turned out, especially her Cutie Mark. I know people have mixed opinions on her, viewing her as a prissy girly-girl or even downright evil. But I chose to make her more like Allura from Voltron (the new Voltron, not the old one). I figured that it would fit her personality, especially that she’s the heir to the throne.
