Personality: Bubbly, optimistic, easy to befriend, can accurately decipher a pony’s emotions almost instantly (and always knows just what to do to cheer them up if they’re feeling down), and a hopeless romantic who wants nothing more than spend her days spoiling the living daylights out of her lovely wife. Seriously, these two are the most disgustingly-sweet couple in all of Equestria.  
Fatal Flaws: Scatterbrained, emotionally-driven, a cunning eavesdropper, doesn’t know exactly when/how to turn off her “Canterlot Voice,” and has zero filter whatsoever (kind of like Applejack; she goes about her days 100% oblivious to the harm her words may cause, because, after all, pure intentions could never bring about unfortunate outcomes, right?).
 
Special Talent: Matchmaker  
CM Story: After her father, Shining Armor, passed away during her early youth, Flurryheart made it her goal to find a new partner for her grieving mother. She hated seeing the usually-outgoing Princess suddenly turn into a depressed shut-in who refused to speak to anyone outside the castle walls.
 
One day, the clever young filly decided to go out of her way to hire a “court jester” to entertain the sullen mare - a cheerful party pony named Cheesecake - and the two surprisingly hit it off immediately.
 
Cheesecake and her stallionfriend, Sediment Pie, both worked in the Crystal Empire as a professional entertainer and guards-pony respectively. All three of their personalities intwined perfectly, with just the right amount of playfulness and hardworking spirit to get the job done.
 
Which is precisely why nopony was surprised when they finally made their joined relationship public. Sediment became the leader of the Crystal Guard while Cheese worked as the head party planner of the Empire. As everything fell rightfully into place, all order seemed to have been redeemed in the Kingdom once again.
 
And where was Flurry in all of this? Writing the invitations to their future wedding of course!
 
 
*During the Great Changeling War (which also took the life of Commander Tempest Shadow as well) Shining Armor led a massive army into battle against Chrysalis and her hoard of rouge soldiers. In the end, only a small percentage of the battalion survived, with the rest (including Shining) left to die a slow and gruesome death at the hooves of Chrysalis herself.
