Bio:  
Chrysanthemum’s heart is just as big as her hooves are. She is perky, upbeat, and thoughtful, and is often found either out in the orchard gathering the most delicious apples for her teas, and in the kitchen making said teas. Its been Chryssi’s passion since she was just a little filly. She has a penchant for combining different flowers and apples to make delicious brews. She tried to start out baking, like her beloved mama Sugar Belle, but it turned out she was simply too heavy-hoofed to work properly around the kitchen without smashing the eggs or knocking over the flour. So, instead, she focuses her sheer strength (inherited from Papa Mac) on making and mixing the various tea powders she creates. She practically has a mortar in her own hooves.
 
 
Chryssi simply loves to gift the ponies she adores (and there’s a lot) with her teas and a good conversation. Not inherited from Papa Mac, this mare can jabber on and on until the cows come home (“Ah wonder how long the cows have been gone. Where have the cows been? Ah want ta hear about their adventures!”) about almost anything and everything. She can go on and on for hours about farming or making tea or her best friends, Connie and C.C., or her amazing cousins, Juniper and Pippin (Applebloom and Tender Taps’s daughter).
 
 
When not making teas to sell in her mother’s shop, Chryssi is out in the fields helping the family harvest and care for the orchard. Her strength is invaluable to the farm (since Juniper is unable to work the fields), and she never complains, no matter how much work she has to do. It could be storming like hell and she could be knee-deep in mud and she could be chattering happily about how good the rain was for her mint crop. She often accompanies her father on his duties, though she sometimes wishes they could hang out and do something other than farming. She just doesn’t quite know how to ask him…
 
 
Relationships:  
Chrysanthemum is very close to her family, like all Apples. She adores her parents, and is very close to both of them. She farms with Big Macintosh, and helps her mother Sugar Belle run her sweets shop. Sugar could never express how proud she is of her daughter. Big Mac is just as proud, but sometimes his quiet nature can prevent him from articulating so.
 
 
Chryssi loves her cousins, Pippin and Juniper. She sees them more as sisters and loves to hang out with them. She and June often go hunting for various flowers and herbs, Chryssi to use them in her teas, June to use them in her tonics. And she loves to play with Pippin, the two often engaging in hours-long sessions of hide-and-seek. She loves to listen to her mom and uncle tell her Great Granny’s stories (especially ones about her Grandma Buttercup and Grandpa Mac).
 
 
Her two best friends in the world Cherry Chimichanga and Confetti Cake, the Pie twins. She’s often seen with them in town, or they’re hanging about the farm. All three are loved by the Athenaverse gang, but they can get to clucking like a flock of hens and leaving their companions sorta wishing for some earplugs.
 
 
She has a very, very thinly-veiled crush on Iron Forge, the local blacksmith (and son of Marble Pie and Trouble Shoes).
