Inspired by several MLP Next Gen content chreators’ confident use of anthro characters, I decided to try it out as well (featuring my favorite couple).

1. Discord and Twilight are already an unseemly couple due to their personality differences, but the two also vary completely in terms of physical apprearance. Twilight had always been a tiny pony, standing well below the height of an average mare. Though her alicorn ascendence gave her a few inches, she’s still a Short McShorty and Discord refuses to let her forget it. I also imagine that she’s always been a little chubby and puts on a couple pounds once Discord gave birth to Mirage.

Discord, however, is super tall and lanky. He’s rather slim, but that’s because I figure he probably has a crazy metabolism and can eat nearly anything he wants with rarely any setbacks. I figure his appearance relies largely on his mental state, and that some days he may look frailer if he’s sad. He’s also really into funky fashion designs, and really just wears whatever he feels like.

Extra notes:

• Discord likes to pluck Twilight off of the ground so he can dote on her, but doesn’t mind getting on his knees and leaning down so she can give him a kiss on the nose.
• Twilight used to be embarressed that she was chubby, but Discord insisted that he found it appealing and that there is no reason to be ashamed of her curves.
• They have a stool in the house so Twilight can reach countertops and sinks with ease
• When they’re alone, he regularly carries her around (though her complaints fall of deaf ears).
• Following Twilight’s acsension, she got yellow and white strands in her hair. Discord thinks it’s the cutest thing ever.

2. Mirage is having a bad trip after she had a breakdown. She can’t seem to do anything right, nothing, ever…
