Bio:  
River Rock is the unmistakable son of Mage Meadowbrook and Rockhoof, two of the legendary Pillars of Equestria. After finally finding his footing in this strange new world, the towering stallion fell hard and fast for the little medicine mare. It was only a few years later in which they had a son, and although most of the Pillars of Equestria pass away, his parents included, when he’s only thirteen, River Rock is a sturdy and wise stallion that has ensured their memories are cemented in Equestria’s history. However, after the fact, he was seen walking into Whitetail Woods and from there, very few ponies heard from him for quite some time. A few close family friends were made aware of his whereabouts (namely Stygian and Double Diamond) until his name suddenly popped up again in public conversation. As it turned out, he had become an incredibly adept and watchful park ranger, helping to keep the forest safe.
 
 
River Rock is quite passionate about nature and the world around him. Like his father before him, he is quite enthusiastic when he is guiding a hiking or whitewater rafting tours of Whitetail Woods and the Smoky Mountains. Ponies from all over Equestria come to see the absolute beauty of the forest and mountains, and River is more than happy to illustrate such. He is incredibly knowledgeable about wilderness survival and how the range formed millions of years ago during the Ponyocene period. Because of this, he has crossed paths with fellow rock-lover Sandstone Pie, and the two eventually become close friends. Sandy often likes to invite her friends to join her on River’s hikes or rafting adventures. Totally not an excuse to hang out, and River is totally not delighted over such.
