Mulberry cautiously makes her way to where the smokehouse is marked on the map. It’s a long structure with a stone foundation topped with a wooden log roof. Even before she gets close she catches the scent of of old burnt wood, and it puts her mind of some delicious cheese she had once.
 
More than likely they were smoking fish here and though it’s not a pony thing she knows it’s a popular food for gryphons.
 
She creeps to the door and opens it up, peaking inside. It’s empty. Almost completely in fact. There is nothing on the drying rack, and not even any fires going. The only interesting thing are some barrels laid around the center of the room where there is a large hole with a ladder in it.
 
She steps in and looks around.
 
“I’m going to have to go down that hole, aren’t I?” The mare thinks to herself sighing.
