Head - Curved horn**, gradient eyes**, fluffy cheeks, lion ear, coyote (simplified markings)
Body - Coyote markings/front legs/paws, red-tailed hawk wings*
Lower parts - normal pony hindlegs, red-tailed hawk tail feathers, mountain kingsnake tail (with normal pony tail)

Notes I thought of:

• *Has phoenix characteristics (Elements of a fire/Glowing like a flame)
• Thinks he makes everypony’s boring “ball parties” better by making the music in a more “electro-swing” kind of vibe
• Dresses up to be fancy to feel better about himself
• Cuts his mane to be short very often but his mane grows very quickly (so he gives up and ties it up)
• Might have a snake-like/forked tongue
• Or possibly fanged teeth
• Combine those with his glowing firey eyes and he’s terrifying when he’s angry
• But this is a rumour made up by the colts that their dates joined him in the dancefloor instead of talking to their dates in the sidelines
• Is actually very sweet and really socially awkward
• Pretends to be confident (Doesn’t want to disappoint his mother)
• “I swing both ways”//fingersnaps

Definitely not inspired by this fancy song. Especially the phrase “hottest dancer in the room”. Nah, you’re crazy

I redid the whole first design because I didn’t think it was up to standards- And well, left this thing for a bit to think over and heeeeeeere’s the result.
