“Is this how royalty upon the beach is suppose to greet one another? With aggressive docking?” -Rain Shine
 
Before becoming a lifeguard, Tempest Shadow travelled around and made quite a few friends. She invited Queen Rain Shine to the beach to check it out. Being one of the better food places on the beach, she was brought to the Snack Shack and Queen Chrysalis is simply asserting her authority as the true queen of the beach.  
At least Rain Shine is getting her drink.
