Parents: Big Macintosh and Prince Blueblood  
The name is a mix between William Tell (who had to shoot an apple off of his son’s head) and the actual Lady William Apple
 
Bio: The reason prince Blueblood was such a spoiled brat to Rarity is simple. He just wasn’t interested in her. But rather than just simpy telling her that, he didn’t want to start any rumors about his (then hidden) homosexuality. As the night passed by, his attempts to push Rarity away grew more desperate and eventually led to him being covered in cake frosting. After a lenghty conversation with his aunt Celestia, he wrote an apology to Rarity and became good friends some time after. He even convinced Sapphire Shores to give her that bonus that would eventually help her open Canterlot Carousel. When he was visiting her in Ponyville, he noticed one very handsome red stallion, who just happened to pass by, while they were having tea. Rarity convinced him to talk to the mystery stallion and the two hit it off quite well. After some time and a long talk about the future, Prince Blueblood and Big Mac tie the knot and move in together in Ponyville. Some time passes and with the help of Twilight and Discord, they were able to bring little William to the world.  
William Apple is an amazing shooter, showing talent with any long ranged weapon, especially with the bow and crossbow. He also helps around the farm when he has time, giving his powerful stature. He often represents Ponyville in the Equestria Games.

There’s a lot of story I need to flesh out, but this is all I got for now and I don’t want to wait any longer to show this guy. And before you comment “but Big Mac is with Sugar Belle”, Yes, I know that but I had this character in my head before they were canon. So yeh
