A quick little thing from yesterday, as usual way behind the actual date for this but I had fun drawing it anyway.

Remember my first Dia De Los Muertos? Little Flower Basket still celebrates the holiday from her Neighxican roots when grown up. Even more after the loss of her mother, to use the day for remembrance and focus on the good times instead of stay sad over the loss. A holiday to reconnect to those lost and celebrate their memory.

Felt like using colour pencils again. Could been better but as usual I don’t have the time needed to focus on making things perfect.
She’s supposed to use glasses at this age, but for the holiday she doesn’t wear them so they won’t mess up the makeup work.
