Return of Nightfall, the Pony!

Just wanted to draw my little monstrosity before October ran out. This month always makes me wanna draw it. Done by memory at the time so some details feel a bit off. I like it still though.

The odd shadows hidden under Nightfall in the bottom pic are creatures called Shades
They exist together in a symbiosis where the Shades provide Nightfall the ability to move and search revenge for what had been done to it in the past, while the Shades get to feed on those Nightfall slays in its way.
In daylight the Shades loses their power and this Nightfall turns into a pile of sticks, rags and straws during the hours of light. If you come by a dying field, not recalling seeing that old, ragged scarecrow before, you better just continue on your way. Nightfall seems to prefer to rest as a scarecrow during the day, the items used to rebuild its broken body always being scarecrow parts. And Nightfall seems to be a bit grumpy and extra blood thirsty when awaking again. Maybe because of the hours wasted resting in daylight, instead of continue on its never ending quest.
