Gay Couple: Prince Nightfall Spellcast and Captain Stone Sword  
These two ponies are part of another nation in Equestria, where Nightfall and his family are the rulers.  
Nightfall is pretty flamboyant and aloof, although he is also charming and charismatic. This causes problems for the King and Queen, since they want him to be a proper Prince, not one that gets drunk all the time and invites the townsfolk into the palace for wild parties X)
 
Stone Sword is the captain of the guards of the palace. He is a very serious and rock hard pony, know for his strength and combat abilities. While he can be pretty grouchy at times, he still does care for his men, and for his lover. Stone is Spellcast’s personal bodyguard as well (And even though he won’t admit it, he gets really flustered everytime Spellcast calls him cute nicknames and teases him x3)
 
Lesbian Couple: Purple Pedicure and Soothing Scent  
Two ponies that work together in a mall :3 Purple Pedicure works at an area that does makeup and body modifications, and Soothing Scent works at a department that sells perfumes and candles.  
Purple Pedicure is a punk rocker chick, who can be very teasing and sarcastic. She is an expert on makeup and colors (adores giving her girlfriend makeovers), and she also enjoys music too. She knows the guitar and has her own garage band going.
 
Soothing Scent is a valley girl, and is very excitable. She likes fashion and making things that help other ponies relax. She knows a lot about scents and combinations, and she works her hardest to make new scents that other ponies can enjoy. Also loves to shower those close to her with hugs and other forms of affection.
 
Straight Couple: Grapevine Daisies and Vino Valentine  
A Southern mare and an Italian Stallion, who work together in a fruit farm and vineyard.  
Grapevine Daises is a very strong and tough pony, who can easily carry even the heaviest of ponies around like they way nothing! However despite her strength, she is a very gentle and friendly pony, who is always humble and loves doing some honest work. She handles the physical side of the business (Such as planting and gathering the fruit)
 
Vino Valentine is a very flirty and suave pony, who knows how to charm just about any mare. Despite coming from a rich family, he decided that he didn’t want to take the “easy” way to fortune, and wanted to help make business of his own as a self-made pony, which is how he came across Grapevine. Despite the differences, the two love eachother dearly, and Vino makes sure to always find the best ways to pamper and care for his darling after a long days work. He handles the economic and management side of the business.
