A silly joke from tumblr, where a play with the meaning of Atjour Service’s name got turned into Atjour Cervix, for an AU version who became a gynecologist instead of a maid.
Hilarity ensured, as you can see. Someone asked if Atjour would still be a troll out to get everypony else in this position as well. The difference might be subtle.

This concept is amusing me more than it should I bet. But just can’t stop finding it hilarious >w<
