No she’s not Twilight or Celestia’s daughter
 
BUT  
she is a HUGE fan of Celestia, she’s looked up to her since she was a filly, and dyes her hair in order to feel closer to her.
 
She also found out she loves Twilight as well, so she’s basically a double-fan.
 
Her natural hair is more wavy, but she’s always straightened it.
 
She’s into black magic and stuff, which is how she became an alicorn (to be more like Twilight and Celestia) She has creepy shrines of both princesses in her home, and she frequently plots to kidnap one or both of them. She writes them letters, a lot, Twilight responds to them occasionally and all of her responses are framed. Celestia responded once or twice, and those were framed as well.
 
She has no special talent because she’s constantly trying to raise the sun or do fantasticly difficult spells like Twilight.
