I’ve posted customs of Todoroki, Bakugo and Deku and about 3-5 different times All Might has been mentioned as one I should make, and one specific comment I received was “I bet Hasbro hasn’t made a pony base that would be suitable for an All Might” and those types of comments strike a chord and make me go, “hold my beer!” Hasbro may not have made a pony base suitable for an All Might, but a fakie company that’s made Cabbage Patch fakies has! So here we are.
 
Before gessoing the pony base, I cut his eyebrows from leather and carved him a mouth and made him teeth and a lower chin from leather. After glueing those pieces into place I coated the entire base in white gesso to give the acrylic paint work a texture to bond to. He has a full body repaint body suit done in acrylics, all paint work sealed in Artists Varnish. Left the hearts on his front hooves for added character. xD  
The yellow wings on his front legs are cut from leather and painted. The rest of his stripes and belt are all ribbon and bias tape. He has a white leather diamond on the front of his chest.
 
Mane and tail are rooted in nylon pony hair cut from other mlp toy figures and is permanently styled/hardened in a hair gel method.
